For the grown-ups pre and post dining our intimate cocktail bar, located on the first floor, serves classic cocktails, some of our own personal favourite recipes, plus the ever-changing 'Cocktail del Dia' (cocktail of the day).

Our 'Canapé Cocktails' are served in undersized glassware to allow you to experiment with different drinks and flavours.

 We hope that each time you visit us, by taking a look at the extensive list

 which includes information on the origins of each drink, you will learn

 something new about the history of each classic cocktail.

 The bar has been specially made to incorporate and feature a bespoke

 Martini station, inspired by one of our favourite bars in the world,

 Barcelona's timeless classic 'Dry Martini'.
